She’s been rebodied on a close-color-match aftermarket/clone articulated body similar to 2010-2014 era Barbie Fashionistas with articulation at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees. Neck articulation has side-to-side rotation only (no tilt).
CLOTHING INCLUDED: Doll comes dressed in vivid pink halter lacy flare dress with black belt. Dress has snap back closures and belt has faceted bead button closure that can be worn front or back. Black slip-on front-strap round-toe wedge heels complete the look.

REDRESSED. Bob Mackie’s 1998 Holday Barbie with a grand big-curls updo is wearing fourth in the Barbie Classique series, “Midnight Gala,” consisting of the following:
- Gown – Strapless tulle-lined black velvet gown with gold glitter pattern and multi-color jewel adornment. Zips in back.
- Cape – Fully lined black velvet shawl-collar ball gown cape that slips on with elastic loops to secure to upper arms and hooks in front.
- Headband – Coordinating lined jeweled velvet headband that hooks in back.
- Shoes – The shoes included with this ensemble are hard plastic with shiny gold surface and sculpted toe-box jewels – these are not the original shoes that came with this outfit.
- Jewelry – Barbie is wearing her original 1998 holiday jewelry – faceted “diamond” stud earrings and ring – plus a gold/silver-tone hard plastic molded necklace from another doll ensemble. The earrings that came with the gown ensemble are not included.
This a stunning legacy Bob Mackie ensemble to display with other similar glam dolls of the era.
NOTE 1: The gown is lined with black tulle and has not, in several years, stained the doll wearing it. However, the cape is velvet-lined and WILL stain, so as a precautionary measure, the doll included with this ensemble has had a coat of clear matte ModPodge applied to upper chest, arms, and neck to help prevent accidental contact staining. This coating is water soluble, will not harm the doll, and can be removed with a damp wash cloth. Alternatively, the cape and gown can be soaked in a vat of hot water with mild detergent (non-bleaching) to leach out excess dye. This is the standard method to colorfast a garment with staining/excess dye.
NOTE 2: Bargain-priced dressed dolls will not have extra nude body pictures provided in listing, due to time and labor constraints vs. monetary return. Any problems/flaws will be listed here: (none).

This lovely Fairytopia(R) Elina doll has been rebodied on a TNT Barbie body with jointed arms from the Generation Girl line (Lara), and has the non-removable fuchsia ribbon choker with gold bead adornment. Her golden blond long hair with thin gold tinsel is in the original factory style, and her rooted lashes are in great shape. She’s been redressed in the Secret Spells jacket-dress over a shiny pink lamé bandeau swim top with silver braided center halter ties and yellow lamé swim bottoms with a gold waistband and sprinkles of gold glitter. Pink strappy sandals complete the look. As a final touch, she’s supporting a purple dragonfly on her hand – truly in touch with her natural side.

NUDE, RARE. Limited edition articulated collector wigged doll “Ingrid” designed by Joe Tai. These dolls are made of a somewhat heavier vinyl than play line dolls, similar to early edition Mattel Silkstone. Most have intricate hairstyles and very refined makeup/face-paint. While this doll can wear many of the same clothing items as Barbie or Fashion Royalty, the feet are significantly larger, similar in size to Jakks Pacific Paradise/GIRL Force dolls, and therefore cannot wear shoes designed for most other traditional fashion dolls. This doll has a solid vinyl scalp painted black, and is sold with the wig shown – soft, fine, chin-length brown hair fiber with bangs. This doll also comes with the clothing shown, which complements her vivid eye shadow color. Clothing includes:
- Dress – cotton-blend mint green polka-dot vintage-style sun dress with white shoulder bows and white ribbon ties that secure the dress at the back of the neck. The full gathered skirt hemline ends just above the knees. This dress is nicely tailored (handmade, maker unknown) and will fit a variety of dolls with bust size similar to Joe Tai Ingrid – including classic Silkstone dolls. Note that the waistline is on the short side and is tailored a bit loose. However, on Silkstone (for which this dress was apparently tailored), the fit should be just about right.
- Hat – coordinating pill hat in white felt has a back bow in the green polka-dot material. Designed to sit atop the head, the edges can be discreetly pinned to the doll’s head by inserting short straight pins into the doll’s head. (Pins not included.)
- Gloves – quarter-length white stretch nylon gloves are roomy enough to fit a variety of dolls with spread finger poses.
- Purse – white felt envelope clutch purse has a simple design to coordinate with the hat.
- Shoes – white left/right flex vinyl strappy heels have snap-tab closures on the outer ankle strap and are designed for Jakks Pacific-manufactured Girl Force and Paradise dolls, but also will fit Joe Tai Ingrid.

- Dress – This genuine Integrity-Wu strapless formal dress is constructed of and lined with black satin-taffeta and features upscale tailoring and detailing. The bodice has vertical ribbon over-stitching to mimic a bustier fit, and gathered black tulle ruffles adorn the neckline and hem. - Jewelry – The CK/Vogue China brand black square crystal gem necklace and earring set adds an air of upscale luxury. The vee-shaped necklace consists of joined silver-tone-backed black crystal gems with a three-strand front dangle-drop feature and adjustable chain “S” hook closure. Earrings have a modified diamond shape adorned with matching black crystal gemstones attached to metal back piece with insertion posts about the thickness of a standard sewing straight pin, designed to fit dolls with small earring holes that are typical for Integrity-brand and other high-end fashion dolls. This jewelry set will come tissue-wrapped inside a foam-insert window-top Vogue box with hinge lid and sticky tab for closure.
- Shoes – These Joe Tai brand shoes have molded high-heel soles and soft black leatherette twisted strap uppers. Designed to fit Fashion Royalty dolls, they may also fit Barbie and similar dolls with high-heel feet or flat feet with articulated ankles.
