NUDE IN ORIGINAL BOX, VERY GOOD CONDITION. Gold Label. This preowned beautiful classic doll has a superb face screening and long, soft, curly-wavy auburn-red hair, with original pearl teardrop earrings – no flaws, excellent condition! Comes inside original box, with original packaging, tagged box ribbon, wrist tag, certificate of authenticity, and other original documents. NO STAND. Box has some scuffs on back corner and edges, and wear and tear from doll removal at foot area, but good condition for open-box display. Refer to pictures for more detail. 2005 G8078. DRESSED, WITH BOX. Gold Label. A less experienced waitress might be a little frazzled after that busload of diners at the truck stop, but Barbie keeps her cool in her crisp pink uniform, ready to refill coffee. This lovely lady features shoulder-length loosely curled blonde hair, with side curls and swept-up curled bangs. Her hair has been brushed but is still in good condition. This doll has served as a clothing model and been redressed/photographed plenty of times, but she’s still in great condition with no apparent flaws. She comes dressed in original pink waitress uniform complete with white apron and hat, nude sheer pantyhose, coffee pot, and white Mary Jane replacement heels. She comes with COA, wrist tag, box ribbon and tag, and doll card, but no stand. (Documents are inside bottom of box between tissue and inner box.) Box is in fair/OK condition with a small bump/flaw on the front and a couple tiny spots and some rubs on the corners/edges. The back has a couple faint dark spots. DOLLS DRESSED – NRFB. 2003 C4656 UPC 027084116724. Anniversary Edition. This new-in-box BARBIE & KEN doll giftset celebrates Barbie’s 45th anniversary of her worldwide introduction in 1959. Brunette Barbie and Ken are represented as Silkstone dolls with upgraded “traditional” face sculpts used for vintage dolls. Barbie’s long coppery brown hair is styled in a side part with front portions swept back, and the entirety gathered in a long braided high ponytail. She wears a lined floor-length black and pink graffiti mermaid gown with sweetheart strapless neckline, pink opera gloves, and white faux fur stole. Ken’s similarly colored rooted hair is styled in a loose short cut, giving him a debonair devil-may-care look combined with a white tuxedo jacket, black trousers, and white shirt with black bowtie.
This giftset includes frameable Robert Best signed print of dolls’ design sketch, plus doll stands, COA, and other docs stored behind inner box. The box is structurally sound and in overall visibly good shape, with very few flaws – a few scuffs and faint dents on plastic cover, visible only in direct bright light, small manufacturing creases on front and sides of lid, tiny nick on top panel, and a couple minor scuffs on edges of lid and back panel. Visually this giftset would serve well for in-box on-shelf display and is a special item to add to any curated doll collection – especially one featuring Silkstones. NRFB. 2002 56706 UPC 074299567063. Limited Edition. This new-in-box KEN doll is the first-issue in the Silkstone line and has an upgraded “traditional” Ken face sculpt used for vintage dolls, with black rooted hair. This giftset comes with:
- Silkstone Ken doll wearing blue check boxers, white undershirt, black socks, and sock garters (which were a thing in the 50s and 60s)
- Black and white tweed suit with jacket and pants
- White long-sleeve shirt with attached blue “silk” tie
- Accessories – black pleather belt, black vinyl business loafers, black pleather briefcase, gray-frame glasses with blue-tinted lenses, “Fashion Photo” magazine, and take-out coffee cup
The box is structurally sound and in overall visibly good shape, with very few flaws – a few scuffs on plastic cover, visible only in direct bright light, a small crease on bottom panel, and a small scuff/indentation on top left facing front. NUDE, DEBOXED. This Steffie doll has a coy side glance and platinum blonde hair with bangs and a brunette under-layer. She is perhaps one of the cutest versions of the Steffie sculpt available. Originally from Mattel’s 2007 Hello Kitty collaboration, this nude/deboxed doll comes with her original half-hoop earrings, Hello Kitty necklace, and certificate of authenticity. On her original Model Muse body, this doll is similar in proportion to the 2000-era belly-button body, but taller and a bit slimmer, with five points of articulation: rotating/tilting head, lateral/rotating shoulders, rotating hips. Torso, legs, and arms are molded in a typical runway pose.

She’s been rebodied on a replacement Poppy Parker/Misaki body with replaceable Fashion Royalty hands and articulation at neck, chest, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. She has somewhat larger feet that can wear some roomier Barbie shoes, or shoes made for dolls with larger feet. With a smaller bust and hips, she can wear many clothing pieces designed for the standard belly-button Barbie, as well as dolls smaller than Barbie. She comes with the following items:

- Wu Tagged Outfit (Top & Shorts). Original outfit came with the doll new. Shirt is nicely tailored red three-quarter-sleeve luxury stretch fabric with pink set-on collar and attached neck bow, and matching cuffs. Back placket has snap closures. Shorts are in pink satin with a subtle heart pattern and back snap closure.
- Shoes. Because this doll has been rebodied, original shoes are not included. Instead, pink faux patent leather chunk Mary Jane shoes have been substituted. These shoes fit the Poppy Parker foot nicely, slip on with ease, and stay on. An attached red star adorns each shoe. The cross-strap is fixed and flexible for ease in slipping shoe on doll. Soles are thick chunk heels in a faux rubber black material. (From mimiwoo.com, will come bagged and boxed inside a “Vogue” brand black fold-open shoebox.)
- Sunglasses. Sunglasses are non-folding plastic with large lavender lenses (not transparent) and silver frames. Will come in original clear plastic fold-open box.
