NOTE: This item came in a clothing lot and had an attached white stretch partial short-sleeve tee-shirt. However, the tee-shirt material had several runs and could not be repaired, so the material was removed and the jumper straps modified with finished edges so other tops could be worn underneath. We tossed this on the FREE pile!
