  • Outfit Set: Mandarin Jacket & Cuffed Culottes “Drew Fashion Fever” /2004 H0654 – Chinese Red Brocade & Black

    $3.99

This genuine Mattel jacket and pants set comes from the 2004 Fashion Fever line featuring “Drew” in an Asian-esque outfit consisting of a three-quarter-sleeve cropped open-front jacket in Chinese red and gold jacquard with a gold woven Mandarin collar, paired with wide-leg large-cuff cotton-blend black culottes printed with a gold design embellishment. Also included with the original doll were gold vinyl flex-plastic boots (shown) and a red ribbon-strap camisole top (shown). The jacket-pants set is modeled on Mizi clone dolls and shows a combination of different shirts and shoes, sold separately. This outfit was designed for a standard belly-button doll and will fit a variety of dolls with similar proportions. The jacket slips on, and the pants have a back Velcro-type closure. This unique set was made back when Mattel was still issuing well designed and tailored clothing with their play-line dolls, and would make a great addition to any discerning doll’s wardrobe.

NOTE: Clothing was originally designed for the Mattel jointed high-heel doll with slim swivel waist. The jacket sleeves are very narrow, and will be easier to put on modern fashion dolls with slender or removable hands. The length of the sleeves and pants are cut for a standard Barbie height, and therefore the pants will appear as cropped on taller dolls. These unique and nicely tailored garments will make a great addition to any discerning doll’s wardrobe.
