DRESSED DOLL. 2001 “Josie & the Pussycats” movie tie-in doll “Valerie” (portrayed by Rosario Dawson) wears lined black glitter-infused chiffon pants with gold chain embellishment, cropped open cutout long-sleeve multi-color metallic shirt with faux fur cuffs and red braided thread streamers, left-right-specific dark pink ankle boots, and removable faux fur cat-ear headband and tail that snaps on back of pants. Cuffs and headband slip on. Pants and shirt have back Velcro-type closures.

Doll wears white pearl-bead earrings and has hazel eyes, dark red lips, and waist-length curly black hair, on the G.I.R.L. (Glamorous Intelligent Respected Leaders) Force body that features proportions similar to a female action figure, but with soft vinyl on a sturdy inner frame. Head rotates side to side, neck bends, shoulders rotate and move outward, and hips, elbows, and knees all have click-bend mechanisms.
