B) If your order won’t complete properly, please make sure you have created a DOLL-WORLD account, are signed into your account, and have added a complete and correct shipping address in your account.

C) Everyday Discount Codes – Our EVERYDAY DISCOUNT COUPONS are available all the time. 1) Get $5.00 off your order. Spend $35.00-$50.00 in merch and enter coupon code ALWAYS$5 at checkout. 2) Get 10% off your order. Spend $50.00+ in merch and enter coupon code ALWAYS10% at checkout.

D) Storewide Sales Events – STOREWIDE SALES EVENTS are limited-time sales that usually require a code to be entered at checkout and always offer greater savings than Everyday Discounts. They are not always available, so check for active storewide sales before deciding which coupon code works best for your order.

E) Free Shipping $100 – FREE SHIPPING on orders with merchandise totals of $100.00+ is available now through December 31, 2024. Countdown to free shipping on cart page will still say $300, but coupon will override that. Enter coupon code FREESHIP! at checkout if your order qualifies. Always compare amount of shipping to other available discounts to choose the best discount for your order and enter appropriate code at checkout.

F) Clothing Only Shipping Rate – CLOTHING ONLY SHIPPING is a discount shipping rate option reserved for orders that consist ONLY of small non-fragile lightweight items – clothing and small clothing accessories such as shoes, purses, wigs, jewelry, etc. – that can be shipped safely in a poly bag. Orders that include large or heavy or fragile items – dolls, doll stands, large doll accessories, etc. – are NOT eligible for this reduced shipping rate. If your order contains non-clothing items, the calculated “Clothing Only Shipping” rate will normally be higher than regular USPS shipping rate. BE SURE TO SELECT THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING RATE for your order before proceeding to payment.

G) Order Fulfillment Problems – If we cannot ship an item due to inventory problems, we will attempt to contact you via email to provide a choice of substitution or refund. If we cannot reach you, or the items in question are small/inexpensive items (not dolls), we may substitute with similar-value items in order to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If there’s a major problem with your order and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund with email notification.
