- DRESS – Three-quarter-length ruffle sleeves and a boat neckline give this simple nylon-blend bright red dress extra visual oomph. DRESSED, REBODIED. This Fresh Dolls Lynette head with brown curly updo has been rebodied on a Mattel Barbie “Extra Fly” curvy articulated body with shaped flat feet. Articulation includes round neck rotation, front/back/lateral movement in shoulders and hips, bend and rotate elbows and wrists, and bend knees. The curvy body has larger chest, waist, and hips than most other fashion dolls and requires larger shoes than the standard size Barbie.
